Larissa Carter competing at the Portsmouth open on Saturday 10th September topped the 50m mark for the first time. The throw of 51.23m added a massive 2.33m to her exsisting U17W club record.

Organised by the Brighton Phoenix Club over 600 runners from across the region took part in the 10K race along the Brighton Seafront on Wednesday 13th July. Gemma Tutton smashes British age group record

Eleven year old Gemma Tutton competing as a guest in the Sussex U15 League on Wednesday 13th July at Lewes. Gemma vaulted 2.93m a new club and Sussex record. The height is also a new British record by 31cm for athletes aged 11 and also puts her third on the UK all time list for U13 athletes.
