Southern Athletics League (All ages from 15 and above)
For the 2024 season the combined Lewes AC and Haywards Heath Team is in the SAL Division 3 South League. Other teams are – Paddockwood/Folkestone: Chichester: East Grinstead/Horsham Blue Star: HY Runners: Thanet: and Worthing.

Sussex Masters Track and Field League
Matches take place at various venues in East Sussex. Each match starts at 18.30 and finishes at 21.00.
Veterans or Masters start from age 35 years. Lewes AC has teamed up with Haywards Heath Harriers to form a composite team.
