Gold & Silver at Sussex combined events.

Sunday 12th September at Horsham Olivia Conner continued her fantastic year by winning the Sussex U13 Pentathlon Gold medal, pushed all the way by Silver medal winner Ruby Whyte-Wilding. Sussex U13 & Quadkids champioships

Sunday 4th July at K2 centre Crawley saw the first Sussex U11 Quadkids championships. A large field saw only three Lewes athletes competing. Matt Pickering ran the 75m in 11.8 the 600m in 2.01 jumped 1.86m in the standing long jump and threw the vortex howler 34.06m (some 8m further than any other competitor) to take the gold medal. Lewes A team take third place in South Downs Relay

On Saturday 5th June 2010 the Senior A team of Sussex AC took bronze medals in the 100 mile South Downs Relay. With 57 teams entered from across the South of England a third place for Lewes was a fantastic achievement. Well done guys. Wednesday 2nd June at Withdean stadium. Lewes athletes Livvy Conner, Millie Cable, Ruby Whyte-Wilding and Alex Chitty took the year 7 girls Quadrathlon by storm.
