Five Lewes AC athletes to represent Sussex

Five Lewes AC athletes are off to Crofton Park Birmingham to represent Sussex in the Inter County Cross Country Championships. Ludo Goodliffe in the U17 age group: Catlin Lloyd and Gina Wilson in the Senior Women’s team and Eve Rothwell and Holly English in the Under 15 girls team. Sunday 27th February. UK Indoor Champs at Birmingham. Pole Vault. U15 Girls Livvy Connor produced a seasons best of 2.90m just 1 cm off her p.b. to finish 4th, just one failure at 2.80m cost her a share of the Gold medal, she had three really good efforts at 3m. Adult club members please be aware that as the Leisure Centre closes all day on the 23rd December the track will not be available. (No one to switch the flood lights on!!) Also as the Leisure Centre closes at 5.00pm on Tuesday 28th December again no track as no floodlights!
