There were great results for Lewes athletes who competed over the weekend in the Sussex outdoor championships held at K2 Crawley. Saturday 10th April 2010. Naomi Lee added a metre to her U15G Club Hammer record (31.65). Emilie Blackwell Vaulted 3,10 to add 30cm to the outdoor U17W record. Livvy (the cat) Conner equalled her U13G vault record with 2.60m and added the 100m record to her collection (13.98) The U13G 100m record had stood for 21 years.

Winning five of the six events Lewes AC made sure that they were the overall winners of the Sussex Sunday league. Not only was it a magnificent team effort but Lewes AC members scooped a whole range of individual medals.
