Fifty Nine athletes entered producing many lifetime bests, 24 medals, two championships records and 6 club records. The championship records both came on Sunday in the Pole Vault. I am sad to announce that long-time Lewes Athletic Club member Hamilton Thomas has passed away. He died peacefully in his sleep last week. Many of you may not have met Hamilton, but most would have seen him throwing the hammer and discus at the track.
