6th December in the WSEH open at Eton saw Livvy Connor (U20W) open her Pole Vault season with a fine clearance at 3.80m. Sunday 13th December saw Jack Harris (U17M) and Bill Saunders (U17M) competing in the Vault at Brunel jumps series. Jack cleared three new pbs to raise his best from 3.32m to 3.61m. Members and guests of Lewes Athletics Club marked the official re-opening of the Lewes Community Track on Tuesday evening 24th November with a mass celebratory run round the recently resurfaced track. Last Sunday 36 Lewes AC members together with 2,700 runners in the Brighton 10K did battle with the weather along Brighton Sea front.
