Anouska The Record Breaker

At the Youth Development League on Sunday 19th June at the Lewes track Anouska Fairhurst threw the javelin 37.37metres.

This is a new under 13 age Sussex, League and Club record.

Her throw beat the previous Sussex record of 36.83m set in 2004.

The previous Youth Development League record was 35.33m set by Ellie Vernon from Telford AC in 2013

Anouska’s throw was just 74cm short of the UK all time record and puts her 7th on the UK all time list
