Three Lewes AC runners complete Downslink Ultra

On 4th October 2015, Gustavo Iriarte, Karen Morse and Rachael Hornigold of Lewes AC took on the Downslink Ultra, an annual 37.5 mile off-road race from Guildford to Seaford. Having a tremendous race the Lewes AC women’s team scooped the team prize over the teams of Hailsham Harriers and Wadhurst Runners. The Lewes Community Athletics Track to be resurfaced

Starting on Monday 24th August the track will be closed for 8 weeks whilst the old surface is removed completely and then replaced with a brand new synthetic surface. Winning performances by Lewes AC athletes

Representing Sussex in the under 20 Inter-County match Livvy Connor won both her events against tough competition from athletes from other Counties. On a very wet and windy Sunday Livvy won her pole vault event with a vault of 3.80m.
