Last weekend was the English School Cross Country Championships at Ilton near Taunton in Somerset where the best 300 runners from schools from 39 Counties compete as teams and as individuals. On Saturday Lewes AC runners took part in the Sussex Primary Schools Cross Country Championships on Bexhill Downs and produced two excellent performances. Ben Walters came 5th in the boys’ race and Danielle Jacobs 18th in the girls race.
