Lewes AC’s Rob Mullett ran the 3,000m steeplechase at the Olympic Trials on Saturday, and finished third, in a time of 8.42.86. There were some excellent performances by Lewes AC athletes when they competed at the Sussex Schools Track and Field Championships at Crawley on Saturday 16th June. Saturday 9th June saw Round 3 of the Southern Athletics League come to Lewes. No fewer than 22 Lewes AC athletes turned out on a cool, windy evening on Wednesday 6th June for the Worthing 10k.
