Youth Development League – Lower Age Group (For under 13 and Under 15 athletes)

Youth Development League – Upper Age Group (For under 17 and Under 20 athletes)
- Match 1 Sunday 28th April 2024 (Lewes)
- Match 2 Sunday 26th May 2024 (Spectrum Stadium)
- Match 3 Sunday 30th June 2024 (Venue – to be decided)

Southern Athletics League – (All ages from 15 and above)

- Reserve Date – Saturday 7th September 2024
For the 2024 season the combined Lewes AC and Haywards Heath Team is in the SAL Division 3 South League. Other teams are – Paddockwood/Folkestone: Chichester: East Grinstead/Horsham Blue Star: HY Runners: Thanet: and Worthing.
