Leading the way with both a new personal best time and winning the women’s race outright was Izzy Coomber. With a time of 35mins 13sec she is now the best 10K women’s runner in the history of Lewes AC. Supporting Izzy to secure the women’s team silver medal just behind Arena 80 was Lydia Godfrey with a time of 41.15 a PB by over 2 minutes and Dinah Godfree with a new personal best of 43.06 which is over 3mins better than her previous PB.

Getting in on the PB jamboree was Josh Burgess who was the 6th man to finish in the race with over 1700 finishers. His time of 32mins 08secs was over 2mins faster than he has run before.
