Storming runs by Lewes AC runners at the Bexhill 5k race.

Lewes AC runners had storming runs at the Bexhill 5 kilometre race over the weekend. There were 3 Lewes AC women in the first four in the race. This was almost equalled by the men who had 3 finishers in the first five. With 230 runners in the race this was a solid performance by club members and reflects the strength in depth that the club been developing over recent years.

Leading the charge by the women was Joscelin Lowden who won the women’s race in a time of 18mins 43secs followed by Emma Rollings in 3rd position in 19.00 mins.
