Junior athletes of any standard wishing to improve in a chosen event should seriously consider attending one or both training days being held at Crystal Palace. At a cost of £15 you get a whole day with a top UK event coach and a tee shirt!

On day two of the South of England champs at Ashford only two Lewes Athletes made the trip.
Sam Brown cleared 4mtrs in the U17M pole vault to share the silver medal. Only just failing at 4.10m the winning height.
Emilie Blackwell cleared 2.10m in the U15G pole vault to claim fourth place.
